I feel your pain. I take it in a different direction, a bit. I also want to fix my own problems, but if it's something that isn't on my end, I don't mind telling ASO to fix it. It's mechanical sorts of problems that bug me the most. I never want to send anything away to get it repaired (or buy a new something until I'm sure that the old thing is well and truly broken). For deja vu - there are two accents. Both on the "deja" like so: déjà vu. But don't feel bad. I can never remember how to spell Pleistocene. Seriously.
