Diet Followed: I had chocolate PB Keto Chow today, which is probably my favorite flavor. For snacks, I had some egg bites and a small veggie tray later on.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): Some cardio videos, including Stray Kids/k-pop. 😻

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Solo trail walk today. Went for almost an hour around 8:30am. Mostly dog walkers and a couple joggers at that time.

Water (100oz+): I’m starting to enjoy the taste of plain water? Help?

10 Pages: Switched books. Enjoying the new one much more. Yes to Life: In Spite of Everything
