75 Hard Checklist

Diet Followed: The cantaloupe Keto Chow was super surprising. It tasted exactly like cantaloupe and was a very light, refreshing flavor. It’s a seasonal flavor, so I bought some “summer flavors” to add variety over the next week. I recalculated my calories based on my activity level and now get a couple hundred more (so actually around 1500 vs the 1200 I was doing). That means I get a proper lunch now, so having a big salad with smoked salmon was *chef kiss*

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Long loop with Dad again. He paused on a park bench while I went about 15 minutes further.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): I wanted to sit down for a workout today. 😁 Grabbed the exercise bike out of the garage and watched some TV.

Water (100oz+): Considering buying an actual plain water jug since I’m drinking so much more plain water now and it’s hilariously awkward to do that in a Circul water bottle.

10 Pages: Yes to Life: In Spite of Everything. Because I also read other things, the current novel I’m reading is How to Sell a Haunted House.
