75 Hard Checklist

Diet Followed: Another new keto chow flavor for me today. I have never loved a protein shake more than this limited edition Chocolate Malt flavor. I love it so much I just bought a bulk pack of it. Dad wants to steal some from me and he doesn’t drink protein shakes. Everything else was pretty standard. I got a big pack of the P3 snack packs that have meat, cheese and nuts in them.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Walk around the loop again. Lots of people walking dogs today. How to Sell a Haunted House is finally getting spooky.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): Biked again. Trying to start being conscious of how far I’m biking though to make sure I’m getting a good workout. I went 5.5 miles, which I don’t think is great even with my higher resistance settings. Hope to improve that as I go.

Water (100oz+): Lots of plain water again. Actually had my first diet coke for the week (I used to drink multiple cans per day).
