Ugh. Only -0.2 this week. I should have known though. I’ve been basically sedentary before the last week and now I’m doing two 45 sessions a day.
75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: Fruity cereal Keto Chow today. Tastes exactly like Fruity Pebbles. Other than that not much new, I had some bacon left over so got some bacon with breakfast and we’re on to the good ground beef that has been cooked in the Taco Bell sauce.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Rain today! I also found my old Fitbit (the Inspire HR in Lilac I bought during the pandemic) so I’m wearing that now to see how different it is from the iPhone step tracking.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): More biking. 5.5 miles today. Still not great, but my goal is to get to 10 miles in 45 minutes.
Water (100oz+): ✅
