75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: Orange Cream Keto Chow was good. I really like the variety, not just the chocolate, vanilla, and maybe sometimes strawberry that most protein powders offer.
I’m also really snacky today. I didn’t plan my calories well and realized some of the frozen dinners I’d kept for days like this were so far out of the best buy date that I couldn’t make myself eat them. So I’ve been snacking on string cheese, almonds, and some deli meat today between my protein shake and dinner. I’m going on a grocery run with my dad tomorrow, so I might get some bacon and eggs to tide me over before my actual Sunday grocery meal prep day.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): The park was pretty dead today. We talked about walking later in the day (if so, I’d switch my indoor/outdoor workout times), but it will have to wait until the heatwave is over. It’s supposed to be 100 on Thursday. 🥵
Indoor Workout (45+ min): I had planned to intermix some cardio in today, but I think I have a bit of the “keto flu,” so I did the exercise bike instead.
