Diet Followed: Apple pie keto chow is always 😋. I was having a hard time getting my calories in lately so I bought a couple pints of Rebel ice cream.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Walkies again. There were some new faces out there, but I’m starting to recognize regular morning walkers. Also it’s supposed to be 100 tomorrow, so early walk is vital.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): Exercise bike again. Trying to decide between distance and resistance. I turned my resistance way down today and went over 7 miles.

Water (100oz+): ✅
