75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: I got a few frozen dinners yesterday because most of my eating window still falls within work hours and I’m running out of ideas. The first time I did 75 Hard I always prepped a week of eggs and bacon and I didn’t do that this time around and I’m paying for it. Sunday prep this week will definitely include hard boiled eggs and bacon.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Another day, another walk. I finished How to Sell a Haunted House, so I decided to start another spooky book Mister Magic.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): If I can get over the initial 20 minute mark on the exercise bike I really don’t mind it but it’s still pretty mind numbing. The 100 degree heat didn’t offer much other choice today though. I did manage to break 6 miles with the resistance back up though.
Water (100oz+): ✅
