75 Hard Checklist

Diet Followed: I’m sure if I thought to hard about it these S’mallows are probably not technically “food”, but they were sure satisfying to try today. Also tuna and hot sauce together is pretty tasty.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): I zoned out on my walk today and almost walked back to my old apartment which meant my walk was more like an hour plus today.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): Exercise bike again. Challenging myself to get farther earlier.

Water (100oz+):

10 Pages: Need to start thinking about what my next book will be, only have about 20 pages left of Yes to Life: In Spite of Everything.
