Diet Followed: Banana bread keto chow was solid. It didn’t taste exactly like banana bread, but I couldn’t place the taste. I made the mistake of eating some sugar free candy though and I’m paying for it. Sometimes sugar alcohols just hit my stomach hard.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): I need to start timing sections of my walk. I’m going to have to start going further without my dad or I’m going to complete the loop too quickly.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): Exercise bike. Went slower today because of the stomach ache. 🙃

Water (100oz+):
