We’re starting week three today and I lost over 4 pounds last week. Exercise and diet are stabilizing out which I think helped from the 0.2 the first week.
Beyond that I feel so much better. My face isn’t puffy anymore and I’m not tired all the time. I wake up before my alarm consistently now and don’t try to snooze it.
75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: Birthday cake keto chow is pretty meh. I’m still in love with the S’mallows. I wasn’t feeling very well yesterday so I had to do my batch cooking for the week today.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Later walk today because of morning meetings. It was almost too busy on the walk. Definitely like my early meetings so much better.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Bike again, again. I’ve found a couple of strength training workouts I want to try, but I have to find the dumbbells that ended up somewhere in the garage after the move.
