Diet Followed: Had some left over ground beef so ate it twice today. I never know how to feel about the low carb tortillas, but I had a couple.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Lots of runners and dogs today.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Late night exercise bike because I wanted to fit in some video games with friends.
Water (100oz+): ✅
