Diet Followed: I’ve never made egg salad myself before and I might be addicted now. Just some mayo, mustard, paprika and on a low carb wrap. I could eat this regularly.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Got to the epilogue of Mister Magic right as I finished my workout. Almost considered walking a few more minutes but I needed to get ready for a meeting.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): I did not want to get on the bike today. Maybe it’s that I finished my audiobook and had to start another one. Ghost 19 is not gripping me yet, but it’s a novella so I’m going to power through it.
