Diet Followed: Friday happened faster this week than I expected. The family decided to get DoorDash for dinner and I talked them into breakfast for dinner. So I ended up with an egg white omelette from IHOP with a side of bacon.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Went a little later and it was very quiet. Starting to get colder in the mornings and I’m going to need to start planning for a jacket.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): A late night bike ride that I cursed through the whole way.
