75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: I probably shouldn’t have had fries but they were yummy and I was under my calorie goal (but definitely not my carb goal). Plus it was a day at the beach and normally I would have had ice cream and a burger. Progress.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Rainy morning walk. Lots of joggers and one dude who was trying to look cool on a skateboard and failing because he fell over dirt.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Some days are easier than other on the bike. It helps that I’m really getting in to Diavola.
Water (100oz+): We got stuck in construction on the way to the beach and I’d already had a majority of my water for the day. That was an unpleasant extra 45 minutes.
