I know I feel better and I’m starting to see some change in my face, but not losing any weight is frustrating the hell out of me. I know it’s nothing since I lost over 4 lbs last week and today I’m coming off eating fries and working out really hard. I daily weight so I can see the trend is still good, but my official weigh ins on Mondays can be slightly depressing.
75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: Back in the saddle again. I was stuck in a meeting during the time I normally can start eating so I broke my fast later than usually and I was starving. Also had to do my bulk meal cooking today since yesterday’s beach trip wore me out.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): The park was almost empty this morning. Looking forward to some cooler weather and ordered some more long workout pants because I only have two pair.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Exercise bike.
Water (100oz+): ✅
