Diet Followed: I have never wanted a pizza more than I do today. I might need to look into making a keto pizza with either cauliflower crust or almond flour something.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Solo walk today in almost every sense of the word. There was no one on the walking trail and I could really zone out to my audiobook.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): I alternate between going all out on the exercise bike and taking it slow, but I’m definitely getting more all out time chunks as I get more used to it. I’m going to have to switch it up soon though so I don’t get too used to the exercise.
