Diet Followed: We had eggs and bacon for dinner which was definitely a nice change.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Back to walking with Dad. I got new leggings and I think I hate them unfortunately. They’re too thin.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): Exercise bike in front of the tv today.
