Diet Followed: Had some leftover keto bread and actually had a sandwich today which tasted amazing. Wasn’t super hungry later so I only had a Quest bar before starting my fast.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Cold walk around the park today.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): Super late night exercise bike so I could play with my friends earlier.
