75 Hard Checklist

Diet Followed: Finally found the Coke Zero Oreo flavor in 7-11. It definitely tastes like an Oreo to me, but I’ve reached a point where I don’t really drink soda anymore so I was almost sad that I didn’t really enjoy it. Food shopping this weekend and finally got the stuff to make pizza, but was too lazy to make it.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Went on a hike to a park near me I’d never been to before. Walked around a pond and it was nice to see some new scenery.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): Last week I did intervals where I’d go slow and then fast every 5 minutes. This week I think I’m going to try and go medium for the whole time and see if I can keep building up stamina.
