Yes! Back into weight loss. I didn’t think I was going to do that well on weigh in day today because I didn’t get any sleep last night and that always messes with my body. Other than that, no real changes diet wise this week to last other than those sweet potato fries the night before weigh in.
75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: Eating sandwiches with the keto bread is beginning to be a problem. I’ve almost used up the bread and I don’t think I’ll be getting it again (at least while I’m trying to keep a calorie deficit). It makes me want to eat more. Also picked up food for the week late last night so I didn’t meal prep over the weekend.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Back to the normal weekday walk on the nature trail near my house.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Late night biking. I’m currently listening to The Regulators and I think I’m losing my interest in it.
Water (100oz+): ✅ Got a new water bottle too.
