75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: I still haven’t bulk meal prepped so food today was chaotic. Stayed on my plan but didn’t feel great about it.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Had a solo walk today. Decided to go the “long” way since I didn’t have Dad waiting on me. It was a nice walk, but it’s much more out in the open and it’s getting to be almost 90 here today so I was a bit warm.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): I DNFed The Regulators. It wasn’t interesting enough for me to keep me distracted during my bike rides. I know it’s mostly just that I’m really bored of riding the bike but with the weather and timing. It’s the best I can do for my second workout of the day.
Water (100oz+): Added my second milestone sticker to my water bottle yesterday (basically adding a sticker for every 5 lbs I pass on the scale).
