Diet Followed: I almost had too many calories today, but I’m not too worried about it since I am always under target and one day right at isn’t going to hurt. Leftover sloppy joes were almost better than the first day.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Went on a weekend hike at a new place today that has a duck pond. Weekend walks further from home have been nice.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Exercise bike and watching Worst Ex Ever on Netflix. Only watching trashy tv when I exercise is definite motivation. 👍
Water (100oz+): ✅
