This has been a very crazy weekend. Work fires, lack of sleep, and a completely thrown off schedule. I’m SO proud of myself though. I’m not turning to food when stressed and in fact I don’t even feel as stressed as I normally would. I’m still carving out time for my workouts and eating only during my actual window to eat.

I’m running on 2 hours of sleep and I thought that would have messed with my weight but I’ve lost 4 lbs this week. Over 10 since I started 75 Hard-ish.

75 Hard Checklist

Diet Followed: Lots of meat and salad today since it was easy to put together. Still need to bulk prep for the rest of the week, but I should have some down time tomorrow.

Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Didn’t get my outdoor walk in until after noon (I normally go around 8am). It was a bit warmer and definitely reenergized me even with my lack of sleep.

Indoor Workout (45+ min): I was actually excited to do this? Stress today has made we want to move rather than eat and that’s just shocking to me.
