Diet Followed: Got some more S’Mallows because they’re my favorite stupid thing to snack on and they have a ton of fiber. Also I bought some individual servings of other flavors of keto chow (a couple of strawberry and a few caramel) so that I won’t go crazy only having Chocolate Mint.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Long solo walk today. Early enough and cold enough to have to wear a hoodie.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Yellowjacket episode 3. What the heck am I going to do when I run out of this show. 😭
