Diet Followed: Finally meal prepped for the week. Wasn’t even all that hungry although I’m down to only a giant bag of the Chocolate Mint variety of Keto Chow. Might have to order some more individual packets to mix it up.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Yay, morning walk again. It’s getting cold outside though. I need to get some more long workout pants.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Decided to take a break from trashy tv and started watching the first season of Yellowjackets now that it’s on Netflix. Normally I stop right at 45 minutes but I won’t let myself watch tv if I’m not on the exercise bike so I definitely went for almost an hour so I could at least finish the first episode.
This has been a very crazy weekend. Work fires, lack of sleep, and a completely thrown off schedule. I’m SO proud of myself though. I’m not turning to food when stressed and in fact I don’t even feel as stressed as I normally would. I’m still carving out time for my workouts and eating only during my actual window to eat.
I’m running on 2 hours of sleep and I thought that would have messed with my weight but I’ve lost 4 lbs this week. Over 10 since I started 75 Hard-ish.
75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: Lots of meat and salad today since it was easy to put together. Still need to bulk prep for the rest of the week, but I should have some down time tomorrow.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Didn’t get my outdoor walk in until after noon (I normally go around 8am). It was a bit warmer and definitely reenergized me even with my lack of sleep.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): I was actually excited to do this? Stress today has made we want to move rather than eat and that’s just shocking to me.
Diet Followed: Today has been an absolute mess. Work popped up in a bit of a hair on fire situation and for the first time I didn’t “eat my stress”. I kept to my calories, I kept to my available hours. I still need to meal prep (hopefully Monday after my work allnighter) but my mom offered to buy my groceries this week so that was one thing I didn’t have to go out and do.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Had to do some weekend work so outdoor workout happened much later than normal and I feel out of sorts because of my thrown off schedule.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): This was a nice reprieve from work for the 45 minutes I got to watch trashy reality TV. Of course as soon as I got back to my desk, I had more work to do.
Diet Followed: I almost had too many calories today, but I’m not too worried about it since I am always under target and one day right at isn’t going to hurt. Leftover sloppy joes were almost better than the first day.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Went on a weekend hike at a new place today that has a duck pond. Weekend walks further from home have been nice.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Exercise bike and watching Worst Ex Ever on Netflix. Only watching trashy tv when I exercise is definite motivation. 👍
Diet Followed: Bought supplies to make Keto Sloppy Joes tomorrow and I’m so excited. Also got some bacon so I got to put that in my burrito today.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): I need warmer workout pants. They’re on order, but it was cold and wet today. Enjoying A Good House for Children. It definitely reminds me of Diavola. I’m on a European haunted house book kick.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): More trashy tv while I ride the bike. 👍 I’m watching Worst Ex Ever, but part of me wants to check out the Golden Bachelor next since I haven’t watched Bachelor in years.
Diet Followed: Finished off the keto bread and I will try to avoid getting more for awhile. Also figuring out my grocery list to make Keto Sloppy Joes for the family on Friday.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): New book since I bailed on The Regulators. Just starting A Good House for Children. Normal walk, it’s starting to get cold and I just missed the rain that started up when I got home.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): I just couldn’t focus on an audio book tonight so I watched some trashy reality tv instead which worked much better.
Diet Followed: I still haven’t bulk meal prepped so food today was chaotic. Stayed on my plan but didn’t feel great about it.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Had a solo walk today. Decided to go the “long” way since I didn’t have Dad waiting on me. It was a nice walk, but it’s much more out in the open and it’s getting to be almost 90 here today so I was a bit warm.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): I DNFed The Regulators. It wasn’t interesting enough for me to keep me distracted during my bike rides. I know it’s mostly just that I’m really bored of riding the bike but with the weather and timing. It’s the best I can do for my second workout of the day.
Water (100oz+): Added my second milestone sticker to my water bottle yesterday (basically adding a sticker for every 5 lbs I pass on the scale).
Yes! Back into weight loss. I didn’t think I was going to do that well on weigh in day today because I didn’t get any sleep last night and that always messes with my body. Other than that, no real changes diet wise this week to last other than those sweet potato fries the night before weigh in.
75 Hard Checklist
Diet Followed: Eating sandwiches with the keto bread is beginning to be a problem. I’ve almost used up the bread and I don’t think I’ll be getting it again (at least while I’m trying to keep a calorie deficit). It makes me want to eat more. Also picked up food for the week late last night so I didn’t meal prep over the weekend.
Outdoor Workout (45+ min): Back to the normal weekday walk on the nature trail near my house.
Indoor Workout (45+ min): Late night biking. I’m currently listening to The Regulators and I think I’m losing my interest in it.
